Dr. Kate Richards
I help audiences with inspirational talks and group hypnotherapy. I hold several advanced degrees within the natural healing sphere. I enjoy keynote speaking and helping audiences become inspired to make positive transformations in their own lives by sharing personal stories that teach.
Hello, my name is Dr. Kate Richards. And what I have found along my own health journey, is that “wellness” is truly a mentality as well as way of life. All of my studies have filled in pieces of a puzzle – Food as Medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Neuroscience, Permaculture, Mindfulness and Spiritual practices, Yoga, Herbal Medicine, RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy). I really enjoy speaking to audiences about how they can create a transformation in their own lives by looking through a fresh lens!
I love to share my personal stories with audiences, and clients. I find these examples inspire and offer people a fresh lens into their own lives. I'm a big believer that we can't heal from what we can't name. So building a vocabulary and understanding of one's own personal experiences, by listening to someone who can name hers, is powerful and transformational for listeners.
My upper education has been extensive;
- Johnson & Wales, Denver CO
Associate of Science, Culinary Arts and Nutrition, Wine and Beverage (AS)
- Naropa University, Boulder CO
Bachelor of Arts, Traditional Eastern Arts, Yoga Philosophy and Asana, Permaculture (BA)
(PCHS) Pacific College of Health and Science, San Diego, CA
- Master of Science, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) (MS)
- Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM)
- Certified Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner
Licensed Hypnotherapist
RTT Hypnotherapy stands out because it addresses the subconscious drivers, which are the root cause of dysfunction and disharmony. Rapid Transformational Therapy has been a game-changer for me. This method has beautifully deepened all of my physical and psycho-emotional healing. The best way I can say it is, RTT offers me a rapid and effective path to relief from self-limiting beliefs and old habits. And I use it every day.
It’s not surprising then, given my background, that my foundation of health has an East-West approach. Modern life asks us to try to find balance in the chaos. Thankfully, the ways to do that are abundant. And solutions can be as unique as the individual. That said, I believe so much in RTT, that it has become not only central to my life-approach, but central to my professional practice as well. I offer it to all of my clients as a bridge between body and mind to quickly bring about deeply transformative and lasting change. I have found hypnotherapy works well online and in-person, either individually and in group settings. I can speak on, and use hypnotherapy to instill confidence, begin or stop a variety of habits, heal from past traumatic experiences and break free from anxiety and looping thoughts.
Thank you for reading about me!
