Joe Musselman is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and leadership expert who has spent nearly two decades building high-performing teams, cultures, and mission-driven organizations. He is the Founder & Managing Partner of Bravo Victor Venture Capital (BVVC), a Chicago-based early-stage venture fund investing in transformative technology and innovation. Before BVVC, Joe founded The Honor Foundation (Honor.org) — America’s first career transition institute for U.S. Special Operations veterans — scaling it into a multi-million-dollar organization with deep networks in corporate, private equity, and tech sectors.
A proud U.S. Navy veteran and alumnus of DePaul University, Joe holds additional executive certificates from Stanford, Harvard, and Pepperdine. He has lectured at top universities including NYU, UC San Diego, UCLA, and UCSB on leadership, culture, and organizational design. Through his work in venture capital, coaching, and speaking, Joe passionately translates lessons from the battlefield and boardroom to help leaders, founders, and teams operate at their highest potential.
