Graeme and Kate Street are personal trainers and fitness experts who are committed to teaching others about what works.
Graeme and Kate first met as personal trainers at the Bay Club in Portland Maine four years ago and now they own an In-Home personal training business and a fitness media production business. Graeme is a graduate of Florida State University where he graduated suma cum laud in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. Graeme immediately immersed himself in the fitness business as he began his one year internship at the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. There he designed fitness programs for cardiac and pulmonary patients. Graeme then began his career as a personal trainer in 1998 at the Bay Club. He and Kate later moved to Connecticut where Graeme became a personal trainer for the Taking Care Center ( the corporate fitness facility for The Travelers Corporation). Graeme moved up the ranks at the Taking Care Center and established the position of Master Trainer and Wellness Coordinator for the facility. Kate received her BS in psychology from the University of Maine in 1993. She later worked as a counselor in the mental health field for five years. However, Kate's passion for fitness drove her to switch careers from counselor to personal trainer. Kate was personal training at the Bay Club with Graeme when she decided to pursue her Masters Degree in Health and Wellness at Springfield College in Springfield, Mass. Kate later graduated suma cum laud while she was working as an exercise physiologist at Aetna's Corporate Fitness Facility in Middletown, Connecticut. Kate was responsible for initiating Aetna's first personal training department. She furthered her knowledge and expertise as a fitness trainer and after graduation she joined forces with Graeme and began First Street Fitness, their exclusive in-home personal training service. The methods and techniques Graeme and Kate used with their in-home personal training clients proved to be so effective, that shortly after beginning their business they had generated a six to eight week waiting list. Within a matter of months the demand for Graeme and Kate had grown to such a level that they could no longer handle all the requests for work and subsequently began their second business, FSF Media Productions, a multimedia fitness production company. Graeme and Kates goal with FSF Media Productions is to change the face of fitness education for the general public. They want to be able to educate others on a much larger scale than they can as independant fitness trainers. They've decided to produce multimedia courses for several various demographics in the hopes of creating a more straightforward, comprehensive, and easy to follow fitness regimen for everyone. Graeme and Kate are changing the perception about what it means to get fit in today's hectic and stressful environment. In doing so, they have launched an "all-in-one" fitness strategy for their clients, their multimedia presentations, their fitness educational workshops and seminars, and their radio show. Graeme and Kate have a firm commitment to educating others about what fitness strategies work and which don't, and plan on being the pioneers for a new trend in fitness education. You will not see anything like what Graeme and Kate are doing in the way of multimedia fitness products. They have broken new ground in the fitness industry with their "all-in-one" solutions that combine all the low carb diet and exercise information necessary for superior health and a body you can be proud of.
