Robyne Roveccio, PhD, is a speaker, author, and performance strategist who helps high-performing women entrepreneurs redefine success without sacrificing their health, relationships, or identity in the process. Her work challenges the belief that exhaustion is the price of achievement and equips audiences with practical strategies to build sustainable success rooted in clarity, resilience, and alignment.
Drawing from her doctoral research in Organizational Psychology, decades of leadership experience, and a successful 20-year career in real estate, Robyne brings a rare combination of evidence-based insight and real-world credibility to the stage. Verified @everybodymattersaz.orgI reached out to Robyne for professional coaching and experienced an almost immediate shift. Utilizing my already robust skill set, she helped me organize my priorities, taught me time management and encouraged me to identify gaps in the training and support I was providing my new staff. I ultimately also hired her to facilitate team building and get us all on the right track.
