Known for Star Trek: Discovery, The Expanse, and Murdoch Mysteries, Sara helps people reset in real time so they can lead with emotional intelligence, stay steady under pressure, and show up in ways they're proud of—even when life gets loud, with practical tools built for real life.

Sara Mitich is an actor, author, and keynote speaker who helps people reset in real time so they can lead with emotional intelligence, navigate pressure with presence, and show up in ways they’re proud of—both at work and in life. As the creator of The R_SET™ Method, she blends neuroscience, somatic principles, and compelling storytelling to teach audiences practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and managing stress in high-stakes environments.

Before her work in personal growth, Sara trained as a ballerina at Canada’s National Ballet School until a series of injuries ended her career and forced her to relearn how to use her body from the ground up. At 23, she became her father’s primary caregiver through cancer, gaining firsthand experience in decision-making under uncertainty and emotional load. Later, during her decade-long acting career—including roles in Star Trek: Discovery, The Expanse, Murdoch Mysteries, and Control—she learned to treat her body as an instrument and lead herself under pressure, accessing presence and clarity on demand.

Those experiences, combined with years of deep study in meditation, neuroscience, human behavior, and somatic work, led her to create The R_SET™ Method—a repeatable, real-world framework that helps people manage emotions, complete the stress cycle, and return to their steady state.

Through her keynotes and workshops, audiences learn how to regulate their nervous system, communicate with more clarity and confidence, prevent burnout, and make grounded decisions even during moments of change or pressure. Sara’s message is simple: we don't need more control—we need a practical way to meet discomfort without shutting down, and a method to reset in the moments that matter most.
