Buddy Lee is the president and founder of Jump Rope Technology, Inc. and the co-inventor and maker of the World's Best and Patented Speed Ropes, designed for all sports and fitness.
Buddy Lee has fashioned a worldwide reputation with his incredible jump rope skills, putting on exhibitions for presidents and world leaders. He was a 1992 Olympian in Greco Roman wrestling and a 20 times National Champion in 3 different styles of wrestling. After graduating from Old Dominion University with a degree in secondary education, Buddy went on to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he was twice Marine Athlete of the Year. Buddy was also an Assistant Coach for the US Marines 5X National Championship Team and has been recorded as one of the greatest Marine wrestlers in the history of the Marine Corps. Today he is the president and founder of Jump Rope Technology, Inc. and the co-inventor and maker of the World's Best and Patented Speed Ropes, designed for all sports and fitness. These are the US Olympic Team Official Olympic Jump Ropes. Buddy used rope jumping as a key part of his wrestling training to develop into a world class and Olympic athlete. As the Jump Rope Conditioning Consultant to the U.S. Olympic Committee (1996 - 2000) he trained over 25 Olympic sports teams with his Hyperformance Jump Rope System and Speed Ropes for improved Balance, Coordination, Speed, Quickness, Agility, Power, Conditioning and Concentration for the winning edge. Buddy is also an international motivational speaker and author of rope jumping for several national sports magazines. His book "Jump Rope Training" was published by Human Kinetics in April of 2003. Buddy has performed in 24 countries for NBA half time shows, over 3,000 school assemblies, international TV commercials, TV talk shows, fitness and sports conventions, to include CNN Headline News, ABC, CBS, QVC and FOX TV's "30 Seconds to Fame, Parade, GQ, Men's Health, Men's Fitness and Business Week Magazines. He offers rope jumping for sports cross training, fitness, and as a way to inspire people to make their dreams come true.
