I’m Athar Siddiqui, the COO and Co-founder of RepStack, where we connect talented professionals from Pakistan with digital marketing agencies across the United States. I also co-founded the GHL Success Academy, a platform dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and agencies get the most out of HighLevel by training and certifying top-tier admin talent.
Before launching these ventures, I spent 13 years as a Business Analyst at JP Morgan Chase, where I learned how to build systems that scale, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable results.
Since starting RepStack, I have grown our team to over 200 employees, serving more than 76 clients. I currently oversee 80 percent of our workforce across Admin, Sales, and Client Success, and my focus is on operational excellence by creating processes that empower people, foster innovation, and fuel growth.
At my core, I am passionate about creating merit-based opportunities that not only help agencies scale but also make a meaningful impact back home in Pakistan. My journey as an entrepreneur is about more than business; it is about building sustainable solutions that transform lives, both for clients and for the people I work with every day.
