With a Master’s in HR development and a track record as an accomplished Senior Human Resource Business Professional with over 15 years of progressive HR experience, Carl took his extensive experience and supercharged it with certifications. He has completed certifications in Human Resource Management, and Diversity Professional-Management & Training. Additionally, Carl is a certified speaker, coach, trainer, and D.I.S.C. behavioral communications consultant with The Maxwell Leadership Certified Team.

An avid nature enthusiast, you can often find Carl spending time on the Oregon coast, where he resides. Whether he is hiking, rowing, fly fishing or jogging on the beach, he loves to be outside, but is perhaps most proud of his beautiful family having happily married his college sweetheart, their union is blessed by two high-energy children.
