I want to thank you Coach Hazel for my DISC Training and debriefing. With the knowledge from my Debriefing, I'm able to grow as a leader. I love the tool that outlines all the different communication styles, it's power in having a road map to communicate effectively.

I believe God divinely appoints people to walk with you on your journey of becoming and I had no idea that person for me would be Coach Sylvia “Hazel” Stevens. When we crossed paths in a coaching certification program in 2024, I gained more than a coach; I gained a mentor, a guide, and an accountability partner. Her mandate is undeniable: to uncover the hidden potential within others and ignite the mindset shifts that propel them into purpose. Coach Sylvia lives that out with excellence. What I love most about Coach Sylvia is her ability to see beyond where you are into who God created you to be. That is transformation. She carries a unique gift of blending kingdom principles with practical strategies that meet you right where you are. Because of our connection, I have not just grown personally, I have been sharpened as a transformational coach and stretched in my calling. I am profoundly grateful for the divine alignment and the ongoing impact she has on my life.

The group experience significantly contributed to my professional development in several key ways. Being part of the Mastermind Group has been a game changer in my personal and professional growth. The guidance through John C. Maxwell “The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth” helped me shift from passive learning to intentional development. Each session challenged me to think deeper, stretch further, and take real action. One thing I've learned is how I was communicating with others without realizing if I was getting through or not. It made me see the self-centered part of myself that I either knew about or was oblivious to. Now that I understand how I communicated and how to communicate better with others, it's helping me in so many ways in my life.
