Krista is a true professional who has more than 10 years of successfully creating experiences that are engaging and action-oriented for her audience. Over the course of her more than 25 years in leadership development activities she has honed her skills in operational assessment and strategic improvements, and most recently, curriculum development, facilitation/training and executive coaching across a myriad of client industries.
Contributing to her career and business experiences, she has served in various regional and national-level HR and leadership roles in human services, manufacturing, and the arts. Following her passion to teach others and make a difference in her community, she spent five years in workforce development in a higher education setting as a workforce facilitator and business partner to leaders across the South Central PA region. More recently, Krista has functioned as a leadership consultant for a private firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, as well as serving national clients across the US. Krista’s passion to engage and grow others has led to successful strategic realignment of processes, purpose, and collaborative efforts with her clients and corporate partners. In 2026, Krista co-founded a change consulting business - The BLU Arc Collective - aimed at partnering with leaders to drive intentional changes in their organizations.
As a working mom with aspirational goals, Krista earned her higher education degrees including:
- Associates Degree in Elementary Education (2004);
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (2008); and
- Masters of Science Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University.(2010)
A lifelong learner, Krista's professional development has also included a Cornell University certificate, various continuing education and credit courses, and certification as a DiSC Trainer through Wiley, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI, and Certified Interpretive Guide (NAI CIG) from the National Association of Interpreters. In 2024, Krista was honored with the Central Penn Business Journal Award for Circle of Excellence (2024 Women of Influence) and in 2025, Krista joined the John Maxwell team as a certified coach and DISC facilitator.
Creativity, curiosity and integrity are key to who Krista is at her core. She strives to incorporate unique experiences and interchanges that allow others to explore new perspectives, celebrate strengths and interests, and also challenge barriers. When she isn’t creating on the job, Krista has various active projects in art, photography, landscape elements, and even construction at their house. Krista balances herself through immersion in the natural environment including yoga, hiking, water sports, gardening, and competing in observed moto trials events.
