Harold spent 15 years as a senior pastor using his business skills to grow two churches. He has the distinction of taking the first church in the United States through ISO certification and the only church in the United States to actually receive an ISO level one certification. During this time he developed and presented leadership training seminars for businesses and non profit organizations using his Vision-Powered Life program in mutiple countries.
Harold spent 22 years in different leadership positions at Cardinal Aluminum Company. From Regional Sales Manager to Vice President of sales and Operations for their Cardinal Architectural division, in Louisville, KY .
Harold continues to speak to businesses, associations, clubs, specialty groups, non-profit organizations and at conferences on leadership skills and the power of vision.
Harold has been married to his wife, Mimi, for over 30 years.
