Mark doesn’t teach growth as a theory. He teaches it as a discipline. I went through his Mastermind on the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth and it forced me to stop coasting and start leading myself with intention. His style is direct, practical, and surprisingly energizing.

We participated in The Leadership Game with Mark Erickson and it was fantastic! Our work team was able to celebrate our successes, highlight the talents and skills of individuals, learn about what we collectively want to improve, incorporate new team members in a meaningful way and enjoy getting to know each other on a deeper level. The principles shared in the Mastermind group didn’t just motivate me—they gave me a clear path to growth and self-improvement. My motivation and growth had started to feel stale by the end of last year, so I was pleased at how this lit a spark in me all of 2025.
