Tianna holds an M.A. in Clinical & Counseling Psychology from Columbia University, where she trained in positive psychology and resilience. She also holds dual degrees from North Carolina State University, where she was a Caldwell Fellow.


Tianna is certified in yoga, mindfulness, reiki, and somatic anxiety coaching, bringing a unique mind-body lens to her work. Today, she travels year-round helping audiences grow and reconnect with their authentic selves. Her work is heart-centered, service-driven, and rooted in empathy.
