Dr. Nikki Harding is the founder and Executive Director of Inclusive Leadership Lab, where she partners with school systems to translate rigorous, peer-reviewed research into on-going, on-demand professional learning, AI-enhanced coaching and data-driven leadership supports. With an EdD in Educational Leadership and more than 20 years as an educator, administrator and state-level advocate, Dr. Harding has guided districts in building inclusive, high-performing teams and sustainable systems. She has overcome many adversities in life and is the proud parent of 3 children, one of whom has Down Syndrome. She’s also the host of the “We Not Me: Inclusion in Action” podcast and is pioneering innovative professional learning systems for school leaders. A sought-after keynote speaker and consultant, Dr. Harding blends practical strategies and inspiring stories to help leaders boost student outcomes, foster belonging and make decisions that balance heart and head.
