Hi, I’m Dr. Kevin Ross Emery — an Inspirational Catalyst, author, speaker, and lifelong believer in helping people live and lead more consciously. For over 30 years, I’ve stood at the intersection of personal growth, professional development, and spiritual insight, challenging individuals and organizations to think bigger, listen deeper, and take real, transformative action.
You could say I’ve been speaking since before I had a business card. My very first presentations were in high school — on pollution, child rights, and systemic change. By 19, I was pitching (and getting approval for!) a teller training program to senior executives at a downtown Boston bank. A few years later, I was training managers, troubleshooting leadership breakdowns, and developing communication courses that corporate teams still talk about.
Who I Am as a SpeakerI don’t do fluff. I speak with clarity, purpose, and a deep respect for the intelligence in the room. Whether I’m addressing a team of healthcare professionals, an auditorium full of entrepreneurs, or a small spiritual retreat, I bring three things to the mic:
- A no-nonsense approach that cuts through overwhelm
- Practical insight grounded in decades of experience
- Sharp wit, intuitive depth, and the occasional raised eyebrow
I’ve been called a passionate instigator and a dynamic problem-solver, and I take that as a compliment. My talks are interactive, empowering, and always tailored to the audience I’m working with. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all anything — especially not when it comes to human development.
Some Highlights from My Journey- Created and led management, training, and communication programs for American Express, Dartmouth College, Hilton, Sheraton, and Brooks Pharmacy
- Founded Managing the Gift, which reframes ADHD as a different — not deficient — operating system
- Taught at an MBA-level entrepreneurial bootcamp 4–5 times a year for over a decade
- Delivered keynote and workshop presentations on:
Conscious leadership
Team synergy
Purpose-driven business
Strategic problem solving
ADHD in the workplace
Empowerment and identity - Hosted multiple long-running media programs including:
Outside the Box with Dr. Kevin (21 year radio show)
Web of Light (national TV broadcast)
Laughing, Loving, & Alive (multi-platform podcast)
Dragons, Unicorns, and Other Creative Creatures (local broadcast station) - Published over 25 works — including books on ADHD, spirituality, poetry, fiction, and personal growth
- Recognized with multiple awards for poetry, and a Lifetime Achievement Award for literary contribution
I believe that leadership is personal.
That communication is an act of empathy.
That ADD/ADHD isn’t a disorder — it’s a different operating system.
That real empowerment happens when people stop performing and start connecting.
When I speak, I speak to the room — not at it. My goal is always to help people shift something inside themselves and walk away not just inspired, but activated.
If you’re looking for a speaker who can challenge, empower, and uplift your audience — with equal parts depth and humor — I’d love to start the conversation.
Let’s talk about what your group needs and how I can help move the room!
