Bose Akadiri is a Motivational Speaker, Corporate Trainer and founder of Goal and Grind LLC where she partners with high-achieving professionals and forward-thinking organizations to leverage joy as a strategic advantage—for setting goals, building strong teams, and creating meaningful results. She is no stranger to making major pivots as she moved to Chicago (with no job or network) and created a distinguished career in Corporate Social Responsibility at Boeing, Salesforce, and JPMorgan Chase. Prior to working in Corporate Philanthropy, Bose excelled in nonprofit fundraising as well as in technology sales. The combination of tech sales, nonprofit development and corporate philanthropy affords Bose a unique perspective as a thought partner to her clients.
Bose is a goal-oriented leader who believes in continuous growth for herself and others. Bose is an IMPACT Fellow with the Chicago Urban League, She Shines Honoree by Girls Inc. of Chicago, named a Black Woman Changemaker by Chicago Defender Magazine, 40 under 40 honoree by OKC Biz Magazine, Leadership Oklahoma City alumnae and was named by ionOklahoma Magazine as a 30/30 Next Generation of Leaders.
Bose is passionate about giving back to her community and currently sits on the board of Ladies of Virtue, a nonprofit dedicated to mentorship and leadership training for girls ages 9-18 in the Chicagoland area.
Bose studied abroad twice in college (Denmark and China) and as a young professional she participated in a Rotary Professional Group Study Exchange spending a month in Italy meeting with local business leaders and dignitaries. As an avid runner, yogi, traveler and dog mom, Bose believes in finding joy in the four key areas of life which are personal, professional, health and financial.
