As a third generation entrepreneur, Todd Halls grew up with a strong sense of servant leadership and desire to encourage, challenge, and enable others to succeed and create great impact. In his twenty-five plus years of business experience, Todd successfully built four companies, but says his journey took a massive turning point when, at forty two, he discovered his unique ability as a leadership coach.
He now passionately pursues radically candid conversations with a relentless drive to mastery (and plenty of fun along the way) as he coaches his clients through Maxwell Leadership principles, the System & Soul Framework, and the Ripple Effect Framework. As a Leadership Coach, DISC consultant, and System & Soul Coach, Todd has helped hundreds of leaders gain skills that transform their businesses, health, and relationships. Outside of his coaching practice, he co-founded Ardor Boutique, and hosts the Why Not Me Podcast, and has been a volunteer servant leader with CBMC since 2014. Todd lives in Boca Raton, FL with his wonderful wife Nina and their amazing son Orion.
