Natalie is a Human Resources Professional by trade experiencing more than 30 years of training employees, coaching managers, and controlling risks in organizations. Concurrently, she led groups in her church and raised four children. Natalie's direction in this season of her life is to give back by speaking and training others to be better leaders through agility, growth, and transformational leadership. She believes everyone we encounter in life deserves to be led better; our children, our friends, our co-workers and asks this question, "What are we doing about it?"
