Terri Flow, the Goal-Setting Queen, inspires audiences to lead with purpose, communicate with impact, and solve complex challenges through intentional goal-setting. She draws on her John Maxwell certification and 20+ years of experience across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

Change is inevitable, and Terri Flow recently experienced a shift in her professional life that became the catalyst for launching something new and deeply meaningful to her—Consulting For Success. Known as the Goal-Setting Queen, Terri helps individuals and organizations stop spinning their wheels and start moving forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.


Terri brings more than 20 years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She incorporates her background in training and development, public speaking, meeting facilitation, and nonprofit management to help clients set intentional goals and turn vision into action.


Prior to consulting, Terri served as a Supervisory Executive Officer at Federal Student Aid, where she oversaw budgets, procurement strategies, and executive operations. With a strong foundation in financial management, human resources, and strategic communications, she takes a holistic approach to each engagement—aligning people, processes, and goals to deliver measurable results.


Throughout her career, Terri has earned a reputation for building trust, fostering collaboration, and providing actionable insights that empower leaders to make informed decisions. In addition to her public-sector leadership, she brings valuable private-sector experience in government relations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.


Terri also has more than 20 years of volunteer experience supporting the United States military, youth development initiatives, political grassroots efforts, and nonprofit organizations. She proudly serves as an Honorary Commander for the 301st Fighter Wing, a director for the Fort Worth Air Power Council and an advisor for the Fort Worth A&M Club.


In 2011, Terri earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Texas A&M University.


In her free time, Terri enjoys running, reading, and traveling—and has even been known to jump out of a perfectly good airplane with a Navy SEAL.
