Once she began leading teams almost a decade ago it became her mission to providing them with the type of guidance and opportunities for growth that she at times hadn’t been given. Becoming a strength builder advocate, she’s created high performing teams that are engaged, consistently achieving, and that want to work with her - evidenced by retaining a top employees during the great resignation – a time when remote work and high salaries was king.
But not all managers were able to do this. Today there is a huge need for people managers who want to make an impact - what's missing is the resources, support, and care to build the next generation of business leaders who build up their teams, not tear them down.
So now as the founder of For The Middle Academy, she speaks and coaches middle managers, who not only need a community to develop growth and wellness opportunities for employees but are also the key to profitability for business leaders. Leaning into her expertise as a communications executive, her mission is to create a world where the workplace is a healthier place to be.
