Kyle Bowen is the President of Hourglass Leadership. He previously worked for close to 6 years as the Director of Leadership Development for a Chick-fil-A in Abilene, TX. Before that, he worked for multiple churches in Texas in both college and youth ministry.
He currently lives in New Braunfels, TX with his wife Ashlyn. He enjoys playing pickleball and is an avid hiker and kayaker.
