Michelle Baker is a leadership speaker and former Disney senior leader who believes every setback can become the foundation for a breakthrough. After unexpectedly losing her job in 1996, she drove to Walt Disney World Casting and was hired the same day—launching a 24-year career that took her from call center agent to senior leadership roles across Disney, including a senior operations role at Disney Cruise Line, serving as a shipboard officer on the Disney Dream, and becoming a Director at the Disney Institute.
Today, as Co-Founder and CEO of Stoneledge, Michelle helps high-performing leaders build strong teams and lead with clarity, resilience, and inner strength.
