Starting my career as a shop floor apprentice, I progressed to After Sales Manager within the retail motor industry before joining the UK's biggest insurer as a Claims Engineer. I later led their Compliance Team for 13 years, gaining extensive experience in team leadership, risk management and regulatory frameworks.
Today, I run my own businesses specialising in electric and hybrid vehicle technology. We are globally recognised as technical trainers in this field, delivering expert training to a wide range of companies and industries worldwide.
I am a fully qualified Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Master Technician, a Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry (FIMI), and an Incorporated Engineer with the Engineering Council UK. I’ve been an invited speaker at numerous international events and have developed electric vehicle training programs for several global certification organisations. My work brings me into contact with a wide range of people in a wide range of industries; from shop floor to c-suite levels in recycling, automotive, aviation, marine, training, certification and much more.
