Lisa Kohn

Lisa Kohn

US

A C-Suite Advisor and Cult Survivor who takes you on a journey of laughing, possibly crying, and moving beyond limiting beliefs, mindsets, and behaviors to lead and live more joyfully and unstoppably.

The best seats Lisa Kohn ever had at Madison Square Garden were at her mother’s wedding, and the best cocaine she ever had was from her father’s friend, the judge.

Because of her unique background, all she’s learned as she healed from her childhood, and her nearly thirty years of partnering with organizations and senior leaders as an Executive Coach and leadership/organizational consultant, Lisa will have you laughing, possibly crying, and determined to make changes for yourself and the people you lead and live with.

As Lisa’s describes the unexpected magical power of self-love, she will challenge and invite you to:

  • Recognize and reframe your negative thoughts
  • Move beyond limiting beliefs and mindsets
  • Find your inner strength to yield more clarity
  • ·Connect more deeply with your teams (and people)
  • Feel, think, and act differently
  • Become who and how you want to be

Author of the award-winning book, to the moon and back: a childhood under the influence, as well as The Power of Thoughtful Leadership, Lisa holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cornell University and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University.

When she’s not speaking, Lisa spends much of her time on her yoga mat, bench pressing more than her own weight, and, most importantly, looking for the yellow birds that come to her birdfeeder, because she decided that, in their beauty, they mean that all is well.
