I'm an author, keynote speaker, leadership development expert, and ice cream addict. I help leaders master the people side of leadership so they can retain talent, strengthen culture, and deliver consistent results.
With a career spanning more than 20 years across healthcare and HR, I've climbed the leadership ladder, fallen off, and lived to tell the story. I've seen leadership at its best and also at its worst. After having the pleasure of working for two wildly different leaders back-to-back, I knew my mission in life would be to develop more of the BEST leaders.
With more coaching credentials than should be legal, I leverage my coaching instincts to create programming that goes beyond learning. Audiences report that my programs spark thought-provoking insights, inspire mindset shifts, and build confidence, empowering leaders to unlock their full potential, driving not only personal success, but also consistent business results.
I'm known for my relatable, no-BS approach and I bring energy, humor, and real-world wisdom to every stage I step on.
