Becca Spahr
After people hear me speak, they will be empowered to lead their teams with authenticity and confidence because my speech will teach them how to balance likability with authority.
Becca Spahr is a keynote speaker and likability expert who helps people succeed through connection — in life, leadership, and friendship.
With over 20 years of experience as a U.S. Marine Corps officer, Becca knows what it takes to lead in high-pressure environments — and she’s learned that being approachable and building trust is the key to lasting success, both professionally and personally.
Today, as the founder of Spahr Impact Group, Becca helps leaders and everyday humans develop the relational skills that fuel high-performing teams, resilient friendships, and meaningful influence. Her work bridges the gap between authority and approachability, proving that likability isn’t fluff — it’s a power skill.
Through speaking engagements, workshops, and consulting, Becca draws on her expertise in leadership, human resources, conflict resolution, and soft skills to help people become more likable, relatable, and influential. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s in International Relations from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Her career has also included roles in HR, regulatory compliance, project management, and personal safety education.
Known for her straight-shooting style and practical insights, Becca delivers strategies that inspire audiences to lead with empathy, authenticity, and just the right dose of fun. She’s helped countless leaders and individuals bring likability into their daily lives, creating stronger relationships and environments where everyone can thrive.
Becca lives in Harrisburg, PA, with her husband, two daughters, and a small menagerie of pets, including four dogs, three gerbils, and a hermit crab. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, exploring the outdoors, and giving back to her community through volunteering.
