Andrew Reichert is a nine-figure founder, serial entrepreneur, and CEO of Birgo, a Pittsburgh-based private equity real estate firm. With a non-traditional path to entrepreneurship, Andrew is passionate about partnering with companies and individuals to drive employee engagement through employee life alignment.


Andrew is an expert at scaling organizations by caring deeply for the employees. As the Founder and CEO of Birgo, he grew the organization from a home office to over 100 employees. He has founded the Rhino Operating System (ROS), where leaders and contributors gain clarity, focus, and momentum.


He has been featured in Pittsburgh’s “Our Region’s Business” TV program, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette newspaper, and the Pittsburgh Business Times publications, where he regularly speaks about community, resilience, impact investing, and entrepreneurship.


In addition, Andrew founded Mission Commission, a nonprofit with a focus on financial literacy. He serves on the board of his home church and he’s actively involved in charitable giving in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area and nationally. He's married with three daughters and lives in Pittsburgh.
