I have two key workshops


LEADERSHIP (and management) for growth, value and impact

STRATEGY (and tactics) for growth, value and impact

Both are modular and modules can be selected or combined to form half a day to a day of content for a group of business leaders.


The same workshops can be delivered in house to senior management teams.  In that situation a blended workshop works well - alternating content and then spending an equal amount of time beginning to apply that content in their own business.
