Alexandria “Alex” Harris is lawyer, entrepreneur, and organization leader, who has launched four organizations. Alex uses her background as an employment lawyer and empathetic people manager to inform her programming and leadership.
She is the person who organizations call when they are experiencing crises and she is known for creating work environments (both in-person and remote) where people truly desire to bring their “whole selve;” find their passions and achieve their highest quality work; and grow their careers.
As the President, Executive Director, and Founder of various organizations, Alex has been responsible for achieving ambitious goals, and executing vision through strategic decisions and sustainable growth.
Alex practiced corporate law for nearly a decade. She left the law to become a social entrepreneur, where she launched startups and helped organizations around the world scale. She earned a B.A. from Spelman College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and is now a leader in people operations within one of the largest tech companies in the world.
