Cherron Castillo is Owner and Chief Seed Sower of Fruitful Training Group (a certified minority owned-MBE, woman-owned-WBE small business-WOSB). She is a national speaker and facilitator with over 15 years’ experience. She graduated with a BBA in HR Management and holds a master's degree in professional development. Cherron is also a certified trainer/speaker/coach with the John Maxwell Team and is certified and an authorized partner of Wiley Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team.
Cherron enjoys opportunities which allow her to help improve leadership and learning! Her experience includes extensive facilitation of leaders and individual contributors, human resources, retail management, leadership coaching, employee relations, training design and development, working with cross-functional groups, cultural awareness, and education. She has been blessed with opportunities to train in small and large corporations, government agencies, non-profit companies, the military, and universities.
She travels and trains on a variety of topics related to leadership, DEI, and “power” (interpersonal) skills. Some of her most requested topics include:

On a personal note, Cherron is married and has two “only” children (ask her about that) and a Pomsky named Nibbles. Her favorite vacation spot is Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and she has passed that love on to her daughter!
