Fifteen years ago while working as a pain relief specialist Libby recognised that, all too often, there were other factors which contributed to her client's pain. Mostly these were food, sleep and stress.

By talking with her clients, Libby discovered that the most common factor was that they believed they ate pretty well when, in fact, it was not as well as they thought.

This caused Libby to have a much closer look at her own diet where she discovered she was living under the same delusion!

Around 10 years ago Libby started to help her friends, and anyone else who would listen, about what she had done and how she had done it.

It was in this period that Libby helped a friend of lose 12 kilos in 3 weeks (that's just over 26 pounds) and in 6 weeks he was no longer requiring injections of insulin for his diabetes.

At the instigation of her friend and driven by a desire to offer practical, straightforward information to help people improve their wellbeing, Libby created an online course 5 years ago.

This course has evolved into workshops and presentations to ensure attendees leave with practical, easy to implement steps which result in changed lives and improved wellbeing.
