Willie is an educator, speaker, entrepreneur, author, and advocate. Together with my wife, we owned several successful businesses. Before starting our companies, I worked in corporate America for 17 years—twelve years as a Financial Advisor and six of those years in management.
I earned a B.S. degree in Finance, an Executive MBA, and a M.A in Religious Studies.
Over the past 20 years I have spoken to many businesses, schools, and non-profit organizations. Some of the organizations and companies I have presented to are Panasonic corporation, Atlanta public schools, Cobb County Georgia public schools, Gwinnett County public schools (Georgia), Mississippi Valley State University, MetLife Corp, Operation Snatchback not-for-profit organization, BP Amoco Corp, Atlanta regional workforce, Auburn Avenue Research Library, and Macsteel corp. Since earning my MA in religious studies. I have pivoted my message to focus primarily on religious and cultural differences and acceptance in the workplace. I help employers to better understand these differences and how appreciating these differences help to create a valued and productive employee. My education, college teaching experience, speaking history and lived experience make me the idea presenter on this and related topics.
