In addition to his pastoral work, Lucas is the founder of EZER, a property maintenance company providing B2B solutions to property managers, as well as Teleios Leadership, a consulting firm that aims at helping leaders in a variety of industries. He also serves as a board member and advisor to multiple businesses internationally.
Currently, Lucas is writing several books and developing courses designed to empower the next generation of leaders.
