In my early 20’s, I was fortunate enough to work with two great mentors, John Maxwell and Tim Elmore. I was privileged to see first hand great leadership in action sitting across from them at the table, listening and observing their early days of deliverables they developed at Skyline Church in San Diego. As a young leader, this inspired me to raise my “leadership lid” by studying and practicing the principles learned from these two titans in this leadership industry.  

As I moved away and moved into my own career, I focused on developing others. I knew my influence and effectiveness would be multiplied if I focused on training and developing others. I also discovered I was a successful salesperson and I could train others to achieve the same success.

During this part of my journey,  I developed a life mission statement. “Train and develop people who will train and develop people.”  I found this to be the key to sustainable growth and incredible personal satisfaction. Seeing others grow and succeed became my greatest joy. 

This brought me to speaking to different businesses and Fortune 500 company sales organizations about authentic leadership and compassionate accountability. A place where growth is exponential and culture is supportive. This challenged me to become a Sales Leader in Southern California and apply these principles of leadership and accountability direct to market and B2B. This was my biggest challenge and greatest success as our team rose to the Summit and exceeding all expectations for sales and growth. You can have sustainable growth and positive culture at the same time.


It's been my goal to become a Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer and happily I achieved that officially in 2024.  It has also helped me launch my own company RESULTS LEADERSHIP focusing on Coaching and Mentorship with Corporate Sales and Leadership Training available. www.dougsuchecki.com
