Adam has not met a stranger he didn’t like. He draws on his 12 years as a Hostage Negotiator, and 5 years as a rideshare driver, to break down the barriers in starting that conversation with a stranger. Adam has developed a 7 step skill set, implemented over 7 minutes, to remove the fear and anxiety of networking, working the room or just simply walking up to that unknown person. With the people he meets, Adam leaves them wanting more and they will say “what a great conversation!”
Adam’s life has also revolved around three areas of communication: Marketing, De-escalation, & Inspiration. Since 1996, Adam has worked in printing, vehicle graphics and the marketing industries. His 3rd book, “7 Days to get your Marketing reCharged,” helps new or experienced sales agents rebrand themselves in a week.
Since 2016, he has instructed new SRO’s on using de-escalation skills during a crisis during the two annual Ohio School Resource Officers Association Basic Training weeks.
For the last decade, Adam fills in for vacationing ministers as a guest preacher inspiring and transforming lives.
Father of 4, and married to his high school sweetheart since 1991.
