Sam Warner
Sam's energetic speaking style & no-nonsense real-life stories compel her audiences to make changes to the way they attract & retain Neurodivergent talent, subsequently boosting innovation & profits.
Many organisations are unable to attract or are losing talented staff because they don’t have access to reasonable adjustments, accommodations and adaptations, and recruiting is expensive.
Sam Warner is a Neurodivergent Communication Specialist and uses her life experience as an Autistic/ADHD/Dyspraxic woman to work with leaders across multiple industries to improve their Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity (DEI) policies to help them attract and retain talented Neurodivergent employees.

Since 2008 she has delivered keynotes, workshops, training and coaching to clients such as Nokia, Ocado, The Royal Ballet School, Welsh Water, UCL, GirlGuiding, the NHS, Unity Works, and PebblePad to name a few.
Sam has an energetic delivery style that leaves the audience with engaging memories and inspiration. She has worked in multiple industries herself including, IT, Manufacturing, The NHS, Retail, The Police Service, and in many different roles, such as Project Manager, Quality, Governance & Risk Management. What do other people say about Sam?
“Sam is really amazing at helping Individuals and Organisations understand how to use the incredible talents of those with autism, particularly in the IT sector. She is a very relevant and enthusiastic speaker who will engage your audiences and provide huge value to your organisation. ” - Yvonne Emery
"Very authentic, vulnerable and powerful speaker! Amongst an ocean of speakers there is this gem, Sam with her incredible depth and strength! It’s a pleasure to listen to Sam and to learn from her in the most effortless way! She was amazing at our event recently and I highly recommend her!" - Olga Geidane
"Recently I have had a privilege to attend Sam's worksop and it was absolutely brilliant. She is funny, she can inspire and not only that, she knows how to interact with audience. I have learned a lot and I have taken so many notes which I can go back to anytime and work with it. Thank you" - Vincent Hovorka
"Sam is simply fantastic! Having known each other through Toastmasters circles I decided to get in touch with her as I noticed she is also an expert when it comes to neurodiversity, something that has become prominent in my life recently. I wish I had done this sooner! Not only is Sam very personable and easy to talk to, she has this wonderful gift of making the world suddenly make total sense to someone who feels like they mat have lost their way in it. Sam brings a tremendous positive energy that isn't overwhelming but actually makes you feel very comfortable and open to share. This in turn created trust and allowed me to be myself (which is easier said than done) and as a result share some deeply personal stories. It lead to having many profound moments throughout the conversation and I lost count of the amount of times I could totally relate to something Sam described. It felt incredibly reassuring to hear if not a little spooky at times! Sam's knowledge on the subject of neurodiversity is outstanding, you could even say mind blowing! I learnt so much during our conversation and have many takeaways to follow up as a result. She offered expert advice which was backed up by her years of research since her own diagnosis, which in turn shows a real understanding of the client. Sam is a great listener and will take the time to understand you and your situation and in turn provide the best knowledge and skills to help you. I would and will be highly recommending Sam, whether you are an individual looking for advice, a team or business needing some guidance with neurodiversity in the workplace, she will help you get your message across effectively. Thank you so much for your precious time and your kindness. :)" - Carl Hammond
"I have just spent a most fun, insightful & thought provoking hour with Sam Warner. I first came across Sam at an EMCC UK webinar and immediately thought “here is someone I can work with”. Sam generously gave me the benefit of her experience & knowledge as I explored key questions about Neurodiversity. She made it easy to understand, was extremely knowledgeable, generously shared her own experiences, busted some classic myths, & gave me a wealth of useful resources to continue my learning. If you are asking yourself similar questions, then I can thoroughly recommend Sam." - Jaqueline Hill
“I cannot recommend Sam enough. Her expertise in neurodiversity is truly exceptional. She generously shared her knowledge and time, helping me gain a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and its implications for training and speaking facilitation. Sam's insights have been invaluable in tailoring my approach to better connect with diverse audiences. Working with her was not only professionally enriching but also a genuine pleasure. Sam is a dedicated and knowledgeableprofessional who goes above and beyond to make a positive impact. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking expertise in neurodiversity and inclusive facilitation.” - Rachael Edmondson-Clarke
