I was in attendance for your presentation yesterday on the Power of Positive Emotion. The level of vulnerability that you displayed in front of a crowd of strangers takes a lot of confidence and submittal to your faith and purpose. Your story and the history with your wife was moving and even more so was how you represented your friends diagnosis that way

I asked Bradley to deliver the keynote at our yearly leadership meeting with an emphasis on personal growth and accountability. With his easygoing and relatable style, he highlighted these key areas and created valuable teaching moments. Bradley also facilitated a Leadership Experience hands-on activity for the team, which encouraged connection, collaboration, and problem-solving among the group. Because he understands the challenges, the language, and the industry firsthand - rather than approaching it as an outsider - he easily established credibility with the team. Our first Leadership Development Day for our team was highlighted by Bradley Griffin, delivering our keynote delivery opening segment. Bradley Griffin was our Landscape Expert presenter for our CAI Alabama Webinar on March 14, 2024 that was presented to all of our members on Detention and Retention Ponds. I really enjoyed the focus on how communication and connecting with others is truly the foundation of being a good leader. With board meetings, I did not know how important it was understanding peoples communication styles . After a coaching debrief with Bradley, and taking my personnel assessment, at my next board meeting, I could read the room, getting us a seat back at the table.
