Shannon firmly believes in pursuing goals and designing the life you desire. She speaks to audiences about constructing a pathway for both personal and professional development to drive their success highlighting goal setting, amplifying confidence, growth mindsets, and receiving possibilities.
Shannon is currently a Technical Sales Manager in the oil and gas industry and is responsible for the technical evaluations for air-cooled heat exchanger (fin-fan) cleanings and customer engagement. This includes KPI reporting, data analysis/reconciliation, and economic value.
Previously Shannon’s spent 10 years working downstream oil and gas as a hydrogen catalyst technical engineer and account manager. Prior to that she was a process engineer and process safety engineer.
Shannon has a bachelor’s degree in chemical and biochemical engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
Outside of work Shannon volunteers on the FAST (Fearful, Anxious, and Shy Team) with the Golden Retriever Rescue of the Rockies and Society of Women Engineers as a mentor for the CU Boulder Chapter and SWENext Co-Chair.
