He has 0ver 30 years experience in the US Army's Special Operations Forces, leading Rangers, Green Berets, and Civil Affairs units in the world's most remote and arduous conditions. In addition to his military background, Scot has been a volunteer working with youth and young adults through church ministry. He loves to help people learn and grow to their full potential.
