Robert graduated from Faith International University with a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership. After working at Microsoft on the Xbox team, his love for people propelled him to find his purpose. Ultimately, God called him to put his skills to use by building a community of leaders who lead with purpose and add value to those around them.
Robert is an author, international speaker, and coach with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team and the CEO of Counter Culture Leadership. Robert and his wife Jackie own and operate Elements, a café in the heart of downtown Puyallup. His passion is connecting with people and helping them grow. This drives him to continually develop himself as a leader and communicator. He is the author of a brand-new book on leadership, Generous Influencers – You Hold the Key to Creating Positive Impact.
