Valeria advises global leaders who want to understand the complex Latino culture and mindset to drive talent retention or client attraction and loyalty. Expert on how Latinos “think, act, and decide”.

Being the first in her family to step into the world of higher education and professional spaces, Valeria's journey is a testament to resilience and determination. With two decades of corporate experience in brand management and finance, she has left an indelible mark across 7 countries, serving in prestigious organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Citibank, Reckitt Benckiser, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Valeria's impact extends far beyond corporate corridors. In her most recent roles, she championed the growth of hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners. As a leader of entrepreneurial programs and incubators in the tri-state area, she has been a guiding light for countless diverse entrepreneurs. Her mission is to help them launch and flourish, expand their networks, create new jobs, and secure the capital needed for success.

Fueled by her calling to make a difference in Latina women, Valeria also founded the Rising Together movement. This groundbreaking initiative is on a mission to bridge the Latina leadership and wealth gaps. Through transformative workshop series, executive consulting, personalized coaching programs, and immersive city-specific community experiences, Valeria empowers Latinas in corporate, non-profit, and entrepreneurial spheres. Her purpose is to help them unlearn ancestral cultural messages and equip them with the mindset and skills needed to confidently thrive in their professional and personal lives.

Valeria's remarkable dedication has earned her an array of prestigious awards, including "Top 100 Latina in the US in 2023," "Top 50 Women in Business in New Jersey in 2020," and "5th most influential Hispanic in New Jersey in 2021." Her literary work is equally impressive, with her book claiming the top spot in the non-fiction category at the New York Book Festival, among 16 national and international accolades. Her second book will be published in the Fall of 2024.

Valeria holds degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Universidad Catolica Argentina, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Master in Spiritual Sciences. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Spiritual Sciences.
