I’m Ben Killoy, a proud Marine Veteran, leadership coach, speaker, and workshop leader. I grew up on a farm in Southern Wisconsin and joined the United States Marine Corps right after high school. My journey from the Marines to civilian life wasn’t just about transition. It was about identity, responsibility, and finding the courage to lead with heart. Today, I help leaders create real impact by getting clear on who they are, what they stand for, and how they want to be remembered.

When I left the military in 2007, I was unprepared for the war within. No mission. No uniform. Just a quiet question—who am I now?

I know what it’s like to be driven but directionless. To look successful from the outside while feeling stuck on the inside. That experience didn’t break me. It built me. And it lit a fire to help others find their way back to themselves.

As the host of two podcasts with over 500 episodes, I’ve spent years helping others tell the truth they’ve been avoiding. My work helps audiences connect with a version of themselves they thought was gone. I’m a Marine who talks about emotions, who believes vulnerability is strength, and who knows that the most powerful leaders lead from within.
