I help professionals become more confident, visible and influential leaders by making it easier to be human at work.

As a leadership coach, consultant and TEDx speaker, Kim Meninger is on a mission to make it easier to be human at work. She believes that the greatest challenges we face in the workplace are not a function of our competence levels but of our confidence levels. She strives to reveal the messy human side of the workplace, including impostor syndrome, self-doubt, fear of conflict, etc., and provide actionable strategies to help professionals more confidently navigate their work environments. Because when professionals are more confident, they are more innovative, collaborative and inclusive -- and that's better for everyone!

Kim is a sought after speaker because of her expertise, engaging style and relatability. She is appreciated for her ability to provide actionable strategies that participants can immediately put into practice. Kim's topics include: Conquer Impostor Syndrome to Advance Your Career, Cultivating Psychological Safety, Navigating Difficult Conversations, Raising Our Self-Awareness to Maximize Inclusion, Build Your Influence without Authority, and many more. She has spoken to hundreds of audiences, including: Amazon, Salesforce, VMware, Dell, Pfizer, Novartis, Fidelity Investments, Citizens, Bain Capital, National Grid Renewables, Hitachi Energy and many more.

Kim previously held leadership positions managing strategic relationships at EMC and Monster where she experienced first-hand the challenges and opportunities she discusses. She holds a BA in psychology and an MBA from Boston College. She is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach. Kim hosts the Impostor Syndrome Files podcast and leads a weekly Leading Humans discussion forum, which is free and open to all.
