During the pandemic, Andy was able to help one company with 150 employees navigate the overwhelming stress of that unprecedented time. Andy’s training contributed to the company growing its revenue from twenty million dollars to over thirty million dollars in one year.  Andy has been helping business and organizational leaders for over 25 years. Andy’s degree in business administration as well as previously serving as an adjunct business professor provided the formal education that prepared him for success. His “books smarts” have been merged with over 28 years of “street smarts” gained by leading nonprofit organizations with positive proven results.

Through the years Andy has helped countless business owners and organizational leaders to achieve better outcomes while experiencing less stress. At the same time, he has been a pastor of an extremely healthy church. Every leadership lesson Andy shares has been proven in both the marketplace and in the church, he leads, which relies on a large number of volunteers every week.

In addition to the success story above (5 million dollar increase in revenue) one of Andy’s favorite success stories is about a small business owner who was so overwhelmed and stressed out. The owner has a service-based business.  In a very short period this small business owner went from stressed out and never having any free time to experiencing life on the weekends and a 10% increase in billable services in just two weeks! The principles learned helped that business owner and many others to experience less stress and better results.

Andy began his professional career with a successful beginning sales and marketing in the early 90's.  He also taught as a adjunct instructor at a local community college in the business department.  Then he shifted careers by answering a calling into ministry.  Andy has been preaching and serving in full-time ministry as a Pastor since 1996.  He has preached thousands of times to audiences of various sizes in every setting imaginable that impacted so many lives.  From the 1996 to 2017 Andy helped so many pastors and business owners and leaders by providing free leadership development experiences and mentoring.  Then in 2017 he created a business called Andy Is My Coach and began his fee based services which include leadership speaking and training.  In addition to be a certified John Maxwell Team Speaker & Trainer Andy is also a certified coach and trainer with NCD (natural church development) international.  Andy has served his local church and community in Milford Delaware since 2007.  By employing highly developed leaders in his church Andy has been able to multiply his impact by serving others in ways he never imagined.

Less Stress and Better Solutions have positioned Andy to make an impact with so many leaders.  His greatest desire is to equip and empower other leaders to reach their fullest potential by focusing on raising their leadership skills to the highest levels.
