I work with servant-leaders to collaboratively build science-based healthy habits and practices into their unique schedules.

Jess founded Yoga Story in 2016 and has since guided Yoga + Meditation classes for individuals across the globe. In 2022, she developed the Empowered Mindset Masterclass and Workshop Series, educating groups on science-based tools and practices to help keep the body moving and the mind sharp.

Her current schedule includes classes at Yoga Elements in Menasha, Wisconsin, Menasha Joint School District, Brillion Community Center, Alternatives Holistic Health and Wellness in Appleton, Wisconsin, and Insight Timer (a meditation app, where she offers Live Yoga + Meditation classes to people across the globe).

She has guided volunteer yoga classes at Pillars Adult & Family Shelter in Appleton, WI, Solutions Center in Fond du Lac, and Reach Counseling in Neenah, WI.

She offers Private Yoga Classes + Mindset Coaching to individuals and groups, and has guided a Healthy Habits Presentation for Appvion, and Empowered Mindset Workshops for MAU Workforce Solutions, Neenah Joint School District, We EmpowHer, and Yoga Elements. Jess has also guided Broga (yoga for dudes) and Meditation classes at Foundations Health and Wholeness in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Jess is host of the meditation podcast, The Meditation Well, offering 2 to 10 minute guided meditations to encourage rest and increase energy and focus.

In addition to empowering people through yoga and meditation, she serves as Board Secretary for Mid-Day Women's Alliance. In her down-time, she enjoys reading, gardening, writing, travel, wine, and spending time with her husband, Mike, two cats, Smokey and Bean, and a few good friends and family.
