Helping People Create Positive Habits that Will Grow them Spiritually, Emotionally, and Improve their Physical Health.

I have over 20 years of professional speaking experience to audiences of all ages. I have worked as a full-time pastor since 2003, and in August 2021 I became a member of the Maxwell Leadership Team. This started me on a journey of personal growth which led me to improve my spiritual, emotional, and physical health. 


Simply put, creating daily healthy habits are the life blood to being a more complete person. Becoming a better learner and realizing you can achieve more than you dreamed possible begins with creating daily habits of growth. I don't just talk about this stuff, I live it. 


I have created reading plans for myself that make it possible for me to read over 50 books a year and to learn from the best and brightest authors and leaders. I put together a simple and effective Bible reading plan that helps me read through the Bible in less than two years, and I've already done it multiple times. 


I have scheduled out a simple health & wellness plan that establishes reachable goals for weight loss and toning my body. I have been in "bad shape" my whole life. But instead of having a stomach surgery or giving up and not working out at all, I put together a daily workout program that has me at 25 pounds lost toward my goal of losing 62!


Now, I want to help people improve their health, both in their mind and their body!
