~ Specialist in Neurodiversity & Mental Health ~ Certified in LEGO™ Serious Play ~ Vivacious Trainer & Entertainer

A vivacious force in neuroinclusion and mental health literacy, Kristin Light brings a unique blend of senior-level strategy, captivating storytelling, and a touch of theatrical flair to every stage she graces.

Her work invites organizations to discover the power of UNcommon Sense: the overlooked ideas, perspectives, and possibilities waiting in the margins of the stories we've always been told.

Multiply neurodivergent with an eclectic background spanning both boardroom and ballroom, Kristin transforms complex, often-overlooked dynamics into refreshingly actionable strategies that spark meaningful change worth raving about. A vibrant and unique corporate experience facilitator, Kristin taps into both her performance background and the nostalgic LEGO® Serious Play® methodology to create innovative and immersive experiences that have been met with stellar reviews from participants and executives alike.

Kristin is a proud Mental Health First Aider; ASIST-trained in suicide intervention; and a graduate of the University of New Brunswick's Psychologically Safe Leadership program. A tenacious community advocate, her work has earned praise from both organizers and attendees for its authenticity, creativity, and real-world relevance. She has been featured in news media and industry publications, and is a contributing author in two lauded books on mental health and invisible disabilities.

Prior to venturing into the public speaking realm, Kristin dazzled audiences on both stage and screen as an actress, choreographer, and jazz-age vintage dancer. She was co-owner of Toronto’s Bees’ Knees Dance studio (2014-2019), a founding member of the award-winning dance troupe That Swing!, and made her film debut in Mariah Carey’s infamous Glitter in 2001 (blink and you’ll miss it!). Today, that same captivating verve infuses every presentation with unforgettable moments that resonate long after the session ends.

With her signature blend of theatrical wit and nostalgic charm, Kristin creates memorable experiences that celebrate curiosity, champion human connection, and reveal the extraordinary potential of UNcommon Sense.
