Sparking the Triple A of Change: Attitudes, Activities and Accountability to maximize Productivity, Profitability and Personal fulfillment.

All of my programs are built around my core concept of Fulfillment ROI. This is the simple exchange of energy for value. If the value we create is greater than the energy we invest that's a positive ROI (Return on Investment) and is fulfilling. My goal is to help individuals and organizations learn where they can reduce energy drains and increase value propositions so they can regain their sense of fulfillment and ability to sustain success.

I include in every presentation a handout I call the Triple A of Change: Attitudes, Activities and Accountability. If you are investing your energy (time, talents and treasures) in our time together you should expect some return. This will come in the form of the Triple A of Change. I expect to be held accountable to this as well because this impacts the Fulfillment ROI of every participant and that's a gift and responsibility I take very seriously.

I have a unique background having captained my national championship Ultimate team in college, worked in a tech start up, attended seminary, led a church, worked for my denominations headquarters in social justice and disaster response, moved to the corporate sector focusing on supply chain and operations, then into consulting and professional coaching. Through it all I have maintained a deep belief that the systems we create are meant to be in service to our people and when done well will call out and maximize our joy and impact.

My main areas of focus are on understanding and implement management, clarifying the role of leadership, maximizing team dynamics and creating cultures of impact. I am the author of the book "Manage Your Gaps: Reclaiming the Awesomeness of Management" and creator of the EP!C Management model. I am a constant learner and have acquired two masters (M.Div. & MBA), along with multiple certifications. I have given over 200 talks and keynotes; having also taught Supply Chain Management and Operations Management at DePaul's Kellstadt School of Business.

My preference for engagements is more towards breakouts and facilitation so we can get to some actionable changes. I enjoy doing keynotes where I can have some breakout time to get to the actionable items.
