Steven comes from a family of teachers. He views his consulting as continuing the tradition of teaching companies and organizations. Through his coaching, speaking engagements, webinars, consulting, and various other methods, Steven teaches people tools and skills so that they may grow. To see people grow and improve their skills, grow as a person, and improve their situation is where the joy and excitement lie for Steven.
Steven has worked in manufacturing industries since 1994. He has developed experience and expertise, which range from tactical process improvement to strategic leadership development and coaching. The foundation for this experience started with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Since obtaining his degree, Steven continues to learn and grow to stay effective in assisting clients. He has gained multiple certifications in coaching, leadership development, change management, quality system lead auditor, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Steve understands the entrepreneurial drive that business owners possess. His entrepreneurial drive has led him to create two consulting firms and a photography business. Steve also has formed two non-denominational Christian churches, one of which he was the Senior Pastor for 12 years. He was also the founder and leader of two non-profit organizations.
The fundamental drive behind all Steve does, especially in his speaking engagements, is his desire to help people and improve the local communities.
