Janae Moss, a Transformational Executive Coach and Performance Psychology PhD student, ignites joy, resilience in her audience while facing her own vision loss, inspiring positive change.

As an entrepreneur with a team of nearly 3,000 people, a community innovator and connector, a mother of seven, and a grandmother of four, I use my experience to transform executives, women leaders, and more. Recently, I found out I have a genetic retinal disease that is gradually taking my sight. I bring this journey to teach gratitude, resilience, and focus concepts. To win the game of life.

I have seen miracles that fuel my passion to keep sharing. I am passionate about speaking with women leaders because I have six daughters and three granddaughters. I love seeing the light in their eyes when they realize they can do hard things and learn tools to become more resilient and joyful. I started training and writing curriculum about fifteen years ago, but recently began speaking professionally because people who know my story kept requesting me. When I ask them why, they say that I am:

  • Authentic
  • Powerful personal story
  • Fun and engaging
  • Knowledgeable
  • Relatable

In my short time as a professional speaker, I have worked with:

  • Texas Instruments
  • Utah Women Leading Government
  • Utah Women Leaders SLC
  • National Association for Welfare Research and Statistics
